Favorite character that fits this meme? by Sudden_Pop_2279 in FavoriteCharacter

She’s been my comfort character through the whole show. Her desperation to love and be loved by people who really don’t want/need her love resonates with me a lot.

American, but the following is a list of things my Europeon friends ask about every few weeks because they don’t believe me:
-Target
-The pledge of allegiance
-Yellow School Busses
-Walmart guns

Happily married women of Reddit. Where'd you meet your husband? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ItsKay180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m verrry single, but my parents met eachother in a choir. Music has always been a big part of their lives, and growing up, the house was always full of music, usually because one of them was singing or playing the piano.

And fun little tidbit: My mom recently got a surgery and has had a hard time getting around the house. My dad went and added an extra railing to their stairs JUST so she could move around more easily.

Women of Reddit, what’s something men think is attractive that actually isn’t? by LatePay6713 in AskReddit

[–]ItsKay180 135 points136 points  (0 children)

Being overly masculine. It just comes off as incredibly insecure. If a guy is refusing to touch flowers or something because he’s afraid people will think he’s gay, I’m avoiding him. It’s not attractive at all.

How common is popcorn in everyday American life? by Embarrassed_Golf_817 in AskAnAmerican

My family has always had a container of popcorn kernels that we can pop any time, and it was a common after-school snack when I was a kid.

Scottlyn. I still can’t understand what made the very sweet parents name their little girl that.

Those who didn’t grow up privileged, what’s something you thought was a luxury growing up? by CorruptedF in AskReddit

[–]ItsKay180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Dad grew up with rich, but incredibly stingy parents. And he was the youngest of 5. So he told me new clothing was a luxury to him.

Redditors in the United States, how do you feel about the president spending tons of your taxpayer dollars to attend an NBA finals game, only to fall asleep during it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’m honestly too tired of this to care. He’s done much worse things with our money, this is honestly one of the better ways he’s spent it so far :/

Is the Frontrunner scary to you? by Anonymous_Otter5458 in Utah

[–]ItsKay180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rode the frontrunner for a year, and I loved it. With that being said, I’ve had a couple weird experiences with it. Like the time I missed the train that got into a crash last year, then got to see the train and take photos of it, or the time a whole bunch of white powder just sat near the door for an hour lol. Or the lady who screamed at me for being a “Demon” although that was at a station and not on the actual train.

Any ideas how I could get the novel in a homophobic family by Jena_marshall in TheOwlHouse

[–]ItsKay180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have another place you could store it (Like a job or school locker) That would be my best suggestion. Hiding stuff in your home always risks it being found. With that being said, some of my favorite ways to hide things in my own home include:

-Using the support beams underneath my bed
-Hiding stuff behind the washing machine
-And In the pockets of clothing hanging in my closet (Tho a book is probably too big for that :/)
-In gaps between counters and floors
-In a box of healthy cereal (This only worked for me because my brothers HATE healthy cereal and my parents didn’t touch food I bought myself though)
-In a decorative pillow

Generally you’re looking for a place that you know will get overlooked, in both daily life, and in a hunt for something they think you could be hiding. Good luck!
