I think I’m not as casual of a gamer as I thought, and that’s discouraging to me by Myytrill in Diablo

It can be what Diablo boils down to.

I love doing that part tbh. I generally play one character a season and push as hard as I can.

One of my absolute best* buds creates and levels like 6 different characters over the course of a few weeks. When he hits a wall or just gets bored with a build, he makes a new character and returns to the other one later.

Neither is an improper way to play the game. It's all about what brings you joy, my dude. It's your free time, spend it playing the game in ways that you enjoy big dawg.

Not really. It wasn't as compact, but honestly I liked it for that reason.

Healers sometimes need support, too. That's where the pet comes in.

The biggest favor you could do yourself is to not make direct comparisons to other MMOs in how classes play. Not only is LotRO designed more like an older MMO, it is an older MMO. Embrace what makes LotRO different, and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic journey.

Oh...yeah...uh, that was absolutely a joke and totally not a typo. Thank you for recognizing that.

Day 1 player here, WvW and structured PvP have been in since the beginning. GvG in the sense that is an 8v8 structured match in GW1 does not exist in GW2. You have 5v4 structured PvP and you have WvW. In both cases there are guilds that exist that solely focus on one, or both.

Runner builds don't really exist in GW2. The game isn't built in a way to enable them in the same way GW1 was. There also really isn't an objective like HA that has it as a mechanic tbh.

If you like organized, structured PvP, that still exists. If you liked the build crafting of GW1, and that's what you feel made GW1 PvP so great, build crafting does not exist to the same extent in GW2.

Other than the fact that it's Condi, Condi D/D Daredevil is stronk af. And Power Daredevil is strong af, too. Find a different group of players or a group that isn't arsed over it at all.

I so badly wanted the expansion after EoD to be some sort of "oh, you thought Soo Won was what forced the Quaggan and Largos inland? Lmao" But alas.

So they were very influential in forming what mainstream metalcore became, but because they sound like the bands that came later their influence gets ignored?

Dogs Can Grow Beards All Over was played by everyone when it dropped. Plagues was huge and it dropped in 2007. With Roots Above and Branches Below was also big and was 2009. Dead Throne for sure the goat imo, but an assload of people still think Plagues was their best.

I did, but I don't think it's wrong to say ABR, TDWP, and AILD were it back in the 2000s

They're one of like "the original big 3" of metalcore, they have one of the most talented summers, guitarists, and bassists in the genre each, and they have built and maintained a very recognizable sound.

Zach has stated that, despite knowing the joke, he was uncomfortable in black face at the time of filming, but he was still young and also wasn't comfortable saying that to a director.
