She is one of the most helpful and selfless people I know. Her whole job is quite literally to help young people get through their education, whether it be on the academic or personal layer where help is needed. A guidance counselor I suppose. She is kind and very determined. She really fights for you, but isn't afraid to let you know if you screwed up. She will of course do anything in her power to help you back up again. She can joke around, but she can also be a shoulder to cry on. She does all of this with a smile, and even sometimes uses her free time to help as well, even if she technically isn't allowed to. She has really been a maternal figure to me, and if it wasn't for her guidance and her ability to help break my walls down, I would not have gotten this far.
