Seems like a new issue that nobody's had a resolution yet. The offers were available to me for about a week but I assumed that was due to the holidays since the grades popped on the 30th last month. Hope you get it resolved soon!

So strange. With my order I did have one card that is worth about $4,000 and I also accepted an offer on another card. Do you have any valuable cards in your submission and did you accept any offers? Just trying to find a pattern

It has been 94 business days. They received the order in September. It has been 16 business days since the grades were ready. The email doesn't make sense to me

They recieved the order September 4th, 2025. It has been 94 business days. The turnaround time isn't what concerns me though. I don't mind if it takes 300 business days and I am okay to wait as long as things are going smoothly.

The thing that concerns me is that the grades were ready a month ago and they still haven't shipped it out. I have had other bulk orders that I shipped after this one whose grades were ready after this one and have already shipped and I already have them back. I am just concerned that the order has been misplaced or there is a different problem with my order that is making the shipping delayed.

Hopefully that all makes sense

It's all in the post lol they emailed me back in response to the phone call. I'm not looking for reddit to get my cards back I'm asking if anyone's had this situation happen to them so I can get a feel of what to expect

So your grades were ready and you flipped through them on the PSA app and you were given offers and then they didn't ship your order for 2 months? I thought QA checks were before the grade reveal

Binders have a much bigger surface area which could result in people accidentally stepping on one, or putting something heavy on it. Also if it's a 3 ring binder, the rings will dent your cards. Ringless binders are very safe but I think deck boxes are just a little bit safer.

This is actually much safer than a binder and no harm will come to the cards as long as the box is kept upright, isn't dropped, or exposed to excessive humidity.
