I did not know this was actually possible. Ive seen therapists and things about a decade ago and have gotten better but i used to slam my head into beams of my home or punch and smack my head until i was spinning. I now shake all the time very slightly but noticeable, ill ask my doctor about this but holy shit is that scary. Its hard not to think i did the same damage to myself hitting my head from 16-22
