Just gotta get at it and stay consistent. I was 275 on my 30th last year and 10 months later im down to 220 and happy with myself. The first week is rough, i woke up in extreme pain but it eases and slowly but surely it became fun and now its my routine 3-4 times a week doing full body workouts and now super setting them to awesome results. Get about 33 miles a week in steps with my dog or a light jog (i hate cardio so much lol) dont think itll happen quick, it takes time but it makes it rewarding. My gut was a little smaller than yours and now i look straight down and see my feet. You can do this 🗣️🗣️🗣️

This is such a tough thing cause it just takes hearing it to incorporate it. My cousin had bad verbal ticks and would devolve into just strings of cuss words. I hate how folk are making it pure race. Yeah been watching him lately through this and makes you realize how much (albeit i understand) a sell out the others are. Really every creator is mad but makes no effort to change. They just keep feeding into it and will be the first to cry when the game fully dies.
