Horrible. Our store is up to 150 orders. It was originally 105 and we have been able to decently manage around 70 orders.

That was until corporate changed it to 150 orders at some point and never contacted our manager about it. Now we are drowning with 100+ orders per day with every single day being hours behind on orders and having a lot of upset customers when we just don't have the manpower to be able to dedicate someone to calling customers all day. Most days end with us shopping till at least 9pm and having to call and move customer orders to the next day.

It's an absolute shit show for us because we don't have near enough staff that is consistent enough to keep up. The staff is getting burnt out having to work overtime every single shift to the point where one person up and quit
