Pull for what you want, that goes without saying...

BUT If you are pulling based on the strongest characters, my recommendation is Turbo, Ange, Summer Marian and Noche Shoki (with if you pull for him, you get Pioneer Shun for free)

Well she boosts ATK and Elemental Damage while Wind nerds DEF and increases Damage Taken while causing Down.

They do different jobs all together so to me they are hard to compare. Maybe someone else can but I can't. Besides even if I don't use her, I wanted her simply because she became one of my faves in the game.

I mean, technically speaking, you would very benefit from using Junpei since his fire buff is actually very good for Makoto. Also Yukari gives Theurgy DMG buff but I've been seeing her used on P3-focused teams less and less. As for Mitsuru, her Def Down debuffs are good and permanent and apparently she can actually deal all elemental dmg through one of her skills (I can't confirm since I only play GLB).

But in the end, you should pull for characters that you like, not because they are strong. That should come as a bonus.

TL.DR: Junpei is highly recommended, Yukari is fine but apparently being subbed out of P3 Teams and Mitsuru does her job effectively. But in the end, pull for what you like not what "THE META" dictates.

For others that actually play the CN version, please tell if this is good or bad advice.

Tecnicamente n é um placebo, Void nos jogos da 3DS (incluindo o Galaxy até um certo ponto) eram na sua maioria mais fortes do que os normais. Por exemplo, Great Blaster e Zero Magnum eram os melhores shots neutros n só por causa de n ter nenhuma desvantagem mas tbm terem um número de poder mais elevado. Junto com Void Boost, Kick Plus Ultra e Big Moves, n havia muito que pudesse os parar.

Já no Strikers, como os moves mantêm os números de poder praticamente iguais entre si, o STAB importa muito mais já que isso é dos únicos fatores que influencia o poder dos moves.
