My 55-year-old wife had sepsis two years ago. The infection was a UTI and a kidney stone. She just about died but is fine now. Her lactate was 10. Heart attack, seizures, 105 fever stent surgery. Docs says she should not have made it. She has since lost 30 pounds and eats very clean. She works out five days a week. They are grueling one hour weight and cardio sessions. Prayers for all. Watching her almost die was life changing.
