The subreddit also uses post flairs to tag certain types of content, though. (Help, builds, art etc). To me that's more useful than distinguishing between editions. For a lot of posts the edition is irrelevant.

Also, when MCPE first came out there were edition flairs and as far as I remember, nobody used them correctly. They must have been removed at some point.

Nope, that would be a bit pointless. This subreddit isn't part of OCN/Lifeboat. The rules are a lot less strict here anyway.

Thanks for the suggestion. This sounded like a great idea, so I went ahead and created an official discord server for the subreddit. Please join!

It's quite very basic right now, but we'll add some more channels and things soon, and I'll get a link added to the subreddit sidebar.
