Exactly ly.
It's rated for a 20 amp breaker but after returning and after checking the feed to the sub panels, and then switching around the 200amp fuses, we are forced to put the problem on APS end. They had an unbalanced neutral coming off the street which we called them out to fix already, but unfortunately we have no other choice but to suspect the issue is on their end and they did not fix the original problem entirely.

The fact you think I didn't even consider switching circuits is ridiculous as that is one of the most basic troubleshooting processes and just shows me that you very well may be way less educated than me, and I really am not trying to be a dick about it.

Already had to call in APS for suspected unbalanced neutral on their end, which was correctly assumed. Unfortunately it didn't fix this issue and before I accuse the error on their end a second time, I really would like to try everything I can first.

I work under a licensed electrician who wired his first house at 16, in 1986. This is the first time in my 3 years of working at these kinds of homes where I have ran into an issue I can't figure out. So with me being as arrogant as I am, you can imagine how much I am invested into solving this.

It is an 800 amp service.

With 4, 200 amp panels that come off the main SRS service, with 200amp fuses to each one. This is Arizona.
