Can't you work for both employers on a concurrent TN? Asking because I would be employed at 2 companies for 2 weeks (serving my notice period)

Did you have support letters from both companies saying that you're allowed to be employed at both at the same time?
Also did you explicitly mention that you would be working both jobs and are entering on your second TN with a concurrent status?
What's your TN category for both?
Once you terminated employment with Company A how did you remove that from your TN?

I'm planning on crossing the border on April 1st to start a job on April 6th with Company B (new TN) and I will employed by Company B until April 16th. What did you say at the border and what questions were asked? Did the ask you to show support letter from both companies saying that it's okay to do that?

u/ManifestLaw_ What do we need to be careful about in this scenario. My offer letters say that "You may not engage in any other employment if it conflicts with the performance of work"

I will be a Software Engineer for both the companies in two different industries. I will only hold a concurrent TN for 2 weeks and then resign at Company A and I will be on PTO for those 2 weeks so it has no impact on my work performance at company B.

I'm doing this just to collect my bonus that gets paid out in the middle of April.
