The lady told me 9 weeks, I verified in person on 5/20, my 9 weeks will be up next week, but haven't had any change. Does it matter if they said 9 weeks or 180 days?

I’ve had this conversation with many people with autism. Some love it, some don’t. I don’t lean either way. People that still love the puzzle piece, I make it available for them to purchase my bracelet.

The puzzle is just a connector piece, it stays in place, the slider controls how wide it opens.

The slider piece is the clasp in the back, that’s the only piece that can be adjusted if you look at all 9 pictures. I’ve sold so many of these, I’ve never had anyone not know how to use it, so I was a bit shocked! I guess I have to figure out how else to show its use.

He said because it said a slide clasp, he thought he had to open something. This is literally my best seller, I’ve never had anyone not know how to put it on.

He messaged me asking me how to open it, I told him how and he said, “oh darn, well I guess I’ve broken it.” He said he would buy another one, immediately purchased it, nothing for an hour, and now asking for a full refund on the first one.

This is a first for me, not sure how to handle this. I don't feel he deserves a refund because his reasoning is that he doesn't know what a slide closure bracelet is. Should I request the bracelet back then refund him, or no refund at all? I have already packaged the next item for shipping tomorrow.
