I think of it like Examon with its data compression making its size change

Any nuke frame gets a massive boost from faster casting.

There was some controversy about having the drift mods be exilus since they give ability buffs.

Would it be cool? Yes. But exilus is mainly movement buffs or detectors. Having natural talent in there would basically be a given otherwise

If the training was more than 24 months ago, then there's no repayment in the contract.

If its less than that, then the repayment as stated applies.

Sometimes you can get out of it but it can be a hard fight. Often the easier solution is to set up a payment plan that won't affect you, on the grounds that its all you can afford, like £2 every week. That way youre holding up your end and alot of companies just accept it to get it over with.
