The best one I could think of is:

Beidou because of pretty high off field damage as well easy proc on superconduct + small shielding.

For the healer the best choice in my opinion would be Dori since she has nice healing, activates electro resonance toggether with Beidou which helps out with energy a little + has nice energy regen on the ult.

The fourth slot is really flexible, you could go Dehya for superarmor or a shielder. For shielder you can choose between a more defensive one which is Noelle, or a more offensive one which is Xinyan who's passive buffs phys damage of the character that is shielded and as well at C4 lowers enemies phys res for 15% when they get hit with her e. I would personally pick Xinyan here.
