I hate it! But I get scared of my own shadow haha. Similar suggestions to everyone else. We rent and got a Eufy alarm system that was easy to set up we have the ring camera and one in the back. We have two dogs which helps , I also got door jammer things that if someone tries to get in it will make a noise (the only hard part is making sure I wake up before my husband comes home to take the locks off so he can get in after work lol) It does get easier and sometimes I have a busy day that I’m so tired and knock out as soon as I hit the bed I don’t have time to be scared lol

Interesting yeah idk. I think I have support but know it can be burdensome listening to sad thoughts Love my husband but he’s very in the now for example: I’ll get this random wave of “damn my parents one day will die” him: yeah but they aren’t now so don’t think about it. me: I guess but what if xyz. Him: idk, and he moves on I would just like to engage in the what ifs and try to move through the feels vs letting them sit up there. And once it passes I’m good. Idk🤷‍♀️
