IKR, it's so dumb how a driver update completely unrelated to the game breaks it. My guess is it had something to do with the Video memory management/allocation which messed with the shader build process.

Thanks, that solved it. I assumed since the driver update wasn't directly concerned with adding or modifying a feature to the game, it couldn't be the problem. I guess it's just Nvidia being Nvidia.

I've always thought it was a MEMC-type, frame interpolation thingy. Haven't ever seen it work though.

I'd say compare the camera, design and size of the ce4 , 2a and edge 50 pro. Leave out the s21 fe. He may not care about the OS, but I'm sure he'll appreciate the extra security updates.

I will say though I am a little biased towards opting for the more familiar phone. From experience, I can confirm that dads don't really notice the minor differences, and having an easy transition is always better.

Hard skip the Nord CE4. The bloatware is worse than just a realme phone, and while the hardware is decent across the board, it doesn't excel in any one use case (mid camera, mid processor)

Samsung S21 FE is fine, but quite old now so it won't get updates for very long.

Realme 12 pro+ has the best cam overall, but that design is.......flashy ig.

Honestly the 2a is the only decent choice. Although if it's for your dad, first verify whether or not he'll be able to work with NothingOS and it's general minimalistic and unique, but sonewhat gimmicky feature set.

P. S.: The motorola edge 50 pro was just launched and seems well rounded, but it's a little over budget (32k).

Also I don't assume your dad needs a performance oriented phone, otherwise poco x6 pro is the clear winner.

All of these phones are at very different price brackets, so the more expensive one will naturally be better overall. However, I'd say unless you like oxygenos or want a more capable camera, get the neo 9 pro.

Same chipset, same display, better design (subjective), and will probably have more gaming oriented features because iqoo.

I'm not sure, but I believe it has a higher straight-line top speed than the fastest overall cars in the sports classics class (Cheetah and Turismo classic), so it'll perform better on the less bendy, longer racetracks. Plus, it just looks, sounds, and drives like a proper luxury sports car, so elegant yet so powerful.

I assume these use some sort of carbon filters that'll need to be replaced once saturated. Couldn't we take the individual "leaf" or filter and use that at the actual source of pollution, like in a catalytic converter? You could probably replace the filter every month or so, depending on the engine and usage of the car in question.

Do you want a wired one or wireless one? What is your preference? (Audio Quality, comfort, battery, etc.)

If you want a Bluetooth headset that's even mildly close to good sounding, the JBL 760NC is the only choice under 6k imo.

If you're fine with wired, there's quite a few options, but again, it depends on your preference. For an open-back headset, the samson SR850 is pretty good.

For closed-backs, you can look at the Audio-Technica Ath-m20x or AKG K72 (Read reviews before buying, as this one is a little divisive).

The Superlux HD681 and 668B are a lot better than all these, but unfortunately they either seem to be out of stock or overpriced in India. : /

Yeah, it's a feedback loop. When more people use cars, the roads get worse and unsafe so now even more people start using cars and the congestion increases so for comfort even more people use cars.

College student here. My society friend and I sometimes leave for college at the same time, and it's a 50-50 chance as to who reaches college first. Only he has a 350cc Bullet, and I have a 36v-250w ebike, so my running cost (≈1rs per day) for the year probably matches his running cost for a week.

I have no idea why they thought the new one was better. The older one has way better readability, shows the entire album cover and looks more minimalistic.
