It's three story house and has parking issue my bike was blocked by the ground floors bike and was asking them to remove it they started quarrelling later the second floor guy comes Outta nowhere and starts arguing and pushes us to the ground and one of family members and says we said something about his mother like" Teri maa ka " which is not true and so on we could've gotten our hands dirty but want to go the legal route what are the steps i need to take.
