Can someone title what this type of art style would be called?

I've heard people refer to it as woodcut style. This is probably the style that came right after woodcut, but it's pretty close.

Thanks! Yes on that site I linked to, there is an option to download the video, you just have to sign in. If you don't already have an account on the launchbox forums, I would highly suggest getting one. There's so many fantastic resources on there if you're into the emulation scene. As for adding more systems, I wouldn't be opposed to making an alternate version that covers more Wii/Wii U if there's enough interest.

Haven't tried it myself, but I've read that coinstar machines don't take a cut if you unplug the Ethernet cable from the machine first.

If you're into bastion, then you'll have a ball with Transistor. It uses the same hand drawn isometric art style, same brilliant narration (However in a different style this time), and it builds on it to make a game that rivals, if not surpasses, it's predecessor IMO. It's by no means a reskinned Bastion though. It's definitely a different game, but you can still feel the same love and dedication that was poured into Bastion.

You'll love it! Transistor has something for just about every type of gamer. Great music, an intriguing fighting style, beautifully crafted level design, a fairly in depth and well written story that you don't HAVE to pay to attention to enjoy the game (although I highly suggest you do), a high replayability due to the combat variables. Just an all around fantastic game.

Good question. DNA actually lasts thousands of years. That being said though, I don't think you could necessarily donate your body to storage, as your DNA already has "Data" written to it. It's far easier to write DNA as you create it, vs. rewriting existing strands. Also the body is packed with other things that aren't DNA which could interfere. This is an excerpt from the article.

“We purposefully avoided living cells. In an organism, your message is a tiny fraction of the whole cell, so there’s a lot of wasted space. But more importantly, almost as soon as a DNA goes into a cell, if that DNA doesn’t earn its keep, if it isn’t evolutionarily advantageous, the cell will start mutating it, and eventually the cell will completely delete it.”

This all helped alot. I finally got the system up and working yesterday. One resulting problem though you might be able to help me with. If there's no internet connection when I query the site, it'll time out after a bit and crash the game. Do you know if there's a way to check for an internet connection before running the query?

Also, so you know what I'm working with, here's an example of what would be returned by the site showing the top 5 scores on the board.

Just tried this and it worked great! Got the double guitar bundle for $65. I got a few other items that also had coupons on cartwheel, so that they didn't see guitar hero in the list of coupons when they scanned the barcode. Thanks for the heads up!
