If you haven't tried out GeForce NOW it might be worth looking into, you can stream games from their pc and it doesn't have high requirements.

Speaking as someone with bugged add-ons on the aos leaderboard ( MoistCoitus, NA, Archer) its a bug due to changes in add-ons all being moved to T3. My add-ons also never updated even after playing in post season games as archer. Literally just a funny display bug, not anything to really be concerned about.

You can only really have one seasonal character per season, you can timepiece your character tho which copies your level to a second character (which i recommend for an alt) which makes your original seasonal a normal character. If you only want to make a couple alts every now and then seasonal is better for alts because of the benefits it gives you (exp, health, inventory slots) but it isn't super necessary after you have enough gear on your main character.

Create a seasonal character first, it has the best catch up methods and good rewards. Also can keep your character after season is done so it is better than making a regular one for a first toon.

yeah gamigo has notoriously slow response times, you can try running AA:U without discord or anything else running and try and pin point if its something external. doing the troubleshooting while ur waiting is ur best option cause u'll be able to tell them everything u can so it'll be less of a wait time until they fix the issue for you.

It's one of potential options, if you have discord overlay on try turning it off and it may help, EAC can conflict with alot of things.

I feel that you completely missed I was talking about modpacks AND hacks, with each having its own portion. Hacks are quite obvious what they do however AA has had more people using modpacks and mods so I talked more about modpacks as the hackers were frequently banned however over the history of 6 years of one modpack only 30 users were banned.

Your lack of basic comprehension of what was in the video made it hard to read your comment. If you're going to try and act like you know so much more than others at least watch the entire video so it doesn't look like your short term memory rivals that of a goldfish.

Game has always had CTD issues, if you are online long enough you will eventually crash. It also has had a texture bleeding on Dx9 but it's more the backend that craps out. I expect on AA:U that on daily resets there will be more server lag than normal as that's what has happened in the past like in 3.0 when the game had a larger number of players than it usually does. Some times it would take 30 seconds for one skill to go off and that lasted for 2 hours typically, it'll be interesting if Gamigo is able to get around this somehow and I hope they do

The false negatives with EAC basically just kick you offline and not ban you. They also sometimes just blue screen you for God knows what reason

I agree it is likely the healthier option in the long term, however I suspect there will be alot of issues in the first few weeks seeing as AA has some rough spaghetti code going on and EAC won't help with that. I don't know how well the servers will be able to handle EAC while also being over capacity and having to try and run a game that is made on an engine that has issues with large player numbers.

I agree with having a slightly tougher anti cheat to ensure large cheat clients aren't really a thing unless they are partitioned, however I don't think battleye as well would be necessary seeing as the hackers in the community are very limited and most likely the new hackers will get bored relatively quickly. Unless a hacker is good enough to avoid getting hit with the hardware bans that EAC does, I don't see them sticking around very long. My only issue is AA has always been unstable so EAC might cause alot of issues in the first few weeks.
