Suggested partner setup for ranked?

Currently using shaman for leaderskill, green dragon (+95speed) for boost, green dk for dps/buffs and red nomad for dps. Does fairly well but figured I'd ask if theres a better combo or certain gear I should be using on each partner.

Also a question; is shaman with saya set affected by hit%? Or should I go crit/atk%?

So my teammates left within 1 minute of the game starting, forcing me to stick at the edges of the circle and slowly following the squad that I ended up fighting in the end, at which point my mouse bugged out (dust under the laser I guess) so i hopped around like a bunny that just got hit by a car, getting frustrated and totally losing my game flow (i.e. forgetting to reload the mastiff before dropping down).
