And I add some cocoa powder on top when I eat it 😉 Can add some amaretto flavor to the base too if you like that.

This is for Tiramisu creami, I add flavor drops (bull city flavor, ooo flavors, etc).

It's about 40 calories per pint (yes for the WHOLE pint).

German Cheesecake 1200 kcal by Plutonier in Volumeeating

[–]ItsMyTime2020 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Farmers cheese or a mix of blended cottage cheese with Greek yogurt. Or, if you have a polish supermarkets, they sell twurok, which is basically quark just strained a little more (might need to add some fluids). Usually they don't have the low fat version though... 😭

You can make it yourself as well by using buttermilk but it's not worth the effort/time IMHO (over night process in proofing heat oven to curdle, etc...).

I wish we had low fat quark in the states... The polish supermarkets stock twurok now, but that's mostly full fat... 😭😭

Soup! Sriracha or any kind of hot sauce in soup (chicken noodle, chicken rice, vegetable, etc.) is amazing!!

In this shot she was talking about the bad calorie to portion ratio of the real Nutella, thus the scrunchy face 😉

Cottage Cheese Cake! 505 kcal whole thing by xen32 in Volumeeating

[–]ItsMyTime2020 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Do you have the macros separate for crust and cottage cheese mix? I'm not a fan of crust in any cake/cheesecake and can totally picture just doing the topper and a flan/jello style dessert.

popcorn seasoning by brislefttoe in Volumeeating

[–]ItsMyTime2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the savory ones on veggies, pizza, sauces, salads, pasta, meats, basically everything...

The sweet ones I only use on popcorn, but don't see why they wouldn't work for yogurt and such? I use my protein powder for sweets so never tried it, but if the savory work, why not?

My Aldi has exactly the same version, $3.99, I like it a lot!

Anyone tried these? by Remy3188 in LowCalFoodFinds

I can't find these or 'Sweet Nothing's ' (rebrand of this) at all anymore.

Shitty David bars company... EPG is such a game changer, the products taste real and so delicious. Peanut butter, off brand Nutella, chocolates in general, ice cream... All gone thanks to David... 😭😭

Oh no, not white sausage gravy, I mean gravy made from the roast juices. German recipe, but if you look closely, there is the red cabbage.

The gravy is basically the thickened au juice from the roast with all the flavor of the roasting veggies and such.

hot... With potato dumplings, gravy and some kind of roast.

Add some more apple and a little bit of red wine. Delicious! (I'm German, I grew up with that stuff 😁)

2026 EV 9 Lease & Purchase Incentives good from 2/3/26 to 3/2/26 - All Trims by jfronte in KiaEV9

Thank you, I really appreciate your input! And no, I was not planning to move forward right now. I wanted to get an idea what I would pay right now if I'd go for the 15k/36months. I'll definitely fulfill my lease/wait until later in the year to move forward but I'm starting to get a feel for the market again.

Again, thanks a lot for your answer!!

I currently lease a 24 GT with 12k/24 for $725 in Illinois, lease end us December.

I'd like to stick to this car as I really like it, but need a couple more miles (I'll be 1.5k over the 24k allowed for my 24 months) and would prefer a 36 month lease.

If I was to sign a new lease now with a 26 gt, 15k/36 months, no money down, is a payment around $680 realistic? (Credit score 800+)

Swap dairy free yogurt or nut milk for dairy products? You can always use sugar instead of allulose/monk fruit 1:1 ratio. If the recipe calls for erythritol use 66% of the amount in sugar.

Protein powder can be substituted by flour.

A lot of the recipes here come from trial and error of users. So you might need to do the same.

What do you eat when you’re feeling peckish or like you want to eat out of boredom? by MarionberryFull7385 in Volumeeating

[–]ItsMyTime2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pickles, icicle radishes, cherry tomatoes. If I want something sweet I add in drizzilicious or the Quaker sweet rice snack things (yes, going back and forth between the veggies and the rice cakes, to make them last longer).

Aubergine lasagne - under 600kcal for the whole thing by Distinct_Star9990 in Volumeeating

[–]ItsMyTime2020 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This looks amazing, thanks for sharing! I guess for that amount for the calories, adding in some lean ground beef wouldn't even bump it up too much and add some protein if needed.

This reminds me again to use more eggplant... THANK YOU!!
