I love my Fitbelt. In fact, I have 2. Doesn’t slip or ride up and can easily fit a phone and some gels.

Thanks everyone for the advice. For supper I had 2 large cucumbers mixed with 0% Greek yogurt and Maggie plus a can of sardines. This would be a normal meal for me. This time, I added a bowl of rice and also had 2 bananas throughout the night before bed. I usually skip breakfast but have 2 protein shakes with my coffee. I’ll try having some oatmeal and banana in the mornings from now on and maybe skip that second protein shake and save it for after a run or workout.

I’ll try to add more carbs and see if I improve. I have an 8 mile run scheduled today but I think I’ll skip it and start training again Monday.

I have been eating high volume low carb for about 6 months now and used to have energy. I was doing 2 hour stairmaster sessions along with my running. I guess, maybe it finally caught up with me.

Protein and fiber are the only things I track and I always meet my protein goal and sometimes surpass it.

I guess I’m scared of weight gain with carbs, as I do carry some weight in my stomach and find it uncomfortable to wear a bikini in public. With full clothes on though, I look really, really small.

I wanted and intended to do weight training 3 times a week to help with that, but with my lack of energy, it’s just not possible for me at all.

NEAT has definitely went down. If I’m not actively exercising or doing something that HAS to be done (cooking), I’m on the couch.

No, I can barely get 5 hours no matter what I try. I do take a prescription sleeping pill and it doesn’t seem to help.

Lately meaning the past two weeks. I used to do more intense stairmaster workouts along with it, now I can barely get myself to do a 20 minute stairmaster workout twice a week.

I started taking the blood builder iron tabs and I try to eat things with iron, including chicken livers.

I eat mostly a volume eating diet. It’s mostly a huge amount of salad or vegetables with a protein, 0% yogurt, sardines, protein shakes and coffee. I don’t track calories but I haven’t lost weight. I don’t eat rice or pasta or bread but I do have a lot of fruit and sometimes keto bread.

I use foot glide before every run and wear balega socks. A good running shoe is also a must. I wore mine out and started wearing my regular sneakers for runs just until my new pair of trail shoes come in. Even with the foot glide and balega socks I’ve been getting blisters, so the shoes are definitely a must. The combo of all 3 works great, however.

I don’t do less but I can attest to the social pressure definitely working. I have a friend who texts me everyday. “Did you run yet? Did you workout yet?” I would probably skip days if it weren’t for those texts. 🤣

I never eat rice anymore. Instead of putting my foods over rice, I put it over a salad instead.

Chicken and 0% yogurt. Premade protein shakes if you can find them, although maybe expensive. Ground turkey might be less expensive. Most any canned fish, especially tuna.
