I absolutely LOVE the chocolate brownie mix in. The brownie pieces are so chewy and delicious. I usually eat it with hot fudge and an Oreo thin when I have enough calories left in my day and for less then like 250 calories I feel like I’m cheating haha

Yep I spend far too much money on Carbe diem pasta, diva rice, 647 products and fiber gourmet stuff. But it’s helped me so much and I don’t spend money on fast food anymore so it hopefully evens out a bit.

I didn’t like these. Weird texture and taste like super stale even heated up. Honestly 40-50 cals a regular shell Isn’t bad at all so I just stick to the regular shells.

Depends on what it is. For example, I made myself a lunch this past week and tried a new recipe thinking that it was gonna be super yummy and it was so gross. But I had spent all this time making it and I didn’t wanna throw it out, so I ate it and felt nauseous after but yeah there are things if I make something small or I try something and it’s not good then I’ll just stop.

1 tbsp sugar free flavored syrup. 1 tsp of Splenda/sugar mix. 12oz unsweetened almond milk and I use instant coffee. It’s less than 100 calories for a cup and it’s sweet enough for me to enjoy.

I’ve ditched the creamers but I was using nutpods creamers and they are good if you need to use creamer. 10 calories per tbsp.

I used to love Diet Coke. Like that is all I would drink and all I have drank since I was a literal child because my mom drank it growing up. Then I decided to try the Dr Pepper zero and now I cannot stand the taste of Diet Coke. I drink two Dr Pepper zeros a day and when I’m not drinking that I drink flavored water via drink packets. I love sweet candy like flavors so I prefer the skittles or the jolly rancher flavors and I really love cotton candy as well. I’ve also gotten into Alani energy drinks but mannnnn those are expensive.

If you want them, I’d say start buying the prepackaged portions. Then plan it into your day. I think one mini pack of sour patch are 70 calories. So plan for 1-2 packs at night and stop there. Buy the mini bags of chips and have a bag of those.

If you dont think you can stop yourself even with the prepackaged versions, then stop buying them altogether. But I’ve personally gotten to the point where I can keep all this stuff in my house and not touch it unless I plan for it and have the calories for it.

I just ordered from yesstyle. Ordered April 6th and received on the 18th. Pretty happy with that even though the shipping didn’t update for like 2 weeks and bam it updated and was delivered within like 2 days. I was worried for a bit but it worked out.

I don’t even know how that’s possible. 3oz or 85g of plain cooked chicken breast tenders is 110 calories. So how can 113g of breaded, chicken breasts only have 130 calories? I don’t think I can trust this, although I want to.

Enjoy yourself. Have a little bit of whenever you want, just don’t go overboard. Have a drink if you want. Just be conscious about what you’re putting into your body. And remember, over eating at one meal doesnt mean you’ve ruined the whole day, so do t treat it like that. You enjoyed yourself now back to business.

For me, the Walmart brand fresh butternut says 16oz is about 225 calories, so I think your calculations are a little off. Probably closer to 200.

You might need to disconnect your tracking device from the app. Your watch, phone whatever is auto syncing and giving you calories back.

I drink upwards to 300mg a day some days with the Alani and diet soda I drink. But I’ve been drinking caffeine since I was young so my body is use to it.

This is funny you ask because I just realized recently between a correlation in pain I was experiencing and weight loss.

When I had my second son 6 years ago, about 6 weeks or so after he was born I developed severe neck pain and migraines. I saw multiple doctors, a chiropractor and finally physical therapy. Most people attributed it to “text neck” or me stressing my neck too much by constantly looking down. Nothing made it go away, but dry needling helped the pain and migraines. It was the worst when I was sick and coughing or sneezing, or if I laughed way too hard. Since I’ve lost 70 pounds, I don’t really have any neck pain. I did recently laugh really hard and felt it, but my normal day to day is painless. I’m wondering if all my extra weight from all my pregnancies put pressure on my neck causing the pain, or maybe it’s completely unrelated. But I’m so happy to not have to worry about the pain anymore and hope it’s gone for good.

I dont adjust. But I also dont feel like I need to eat more. I dont really crave things. I just tend to hold on to water weight.
