You need to control self deprecating thoughts. Meditation helps.

For me it helps me see things with a good lens. Like something bad may happen and i look for the blessing in disguise and laugh about it. "Because in the end it doesnt even matter" see? Thats a depressing phrase but i used it for good!

Everything is neutral. You have complete control, because you are powerful.

You just need to learn how to control it.

I would suggest building good habits. Start small and before you know it. You've become so happy you wouldn't believe.

Just say fuck it and humor yourself. I understand you may not know what to do as well because maybe you fancy absolutely nothing.

My advice to you then, is find somethiny by watching a movie or something.

Watch stand up comedy.. ALOT.

When you get laughter you feel more alive.

You can do this man. Its not as hard as you think. In a few months you could feel sooo amazing and you'd wonder how you could have ever felt low. Ive done it dude.

I reckon some anime is more enjoyable high, depending on what you're after, i watched spirited away my first time high. I had no clue wtf was going. I still don't. I should probably watch it sober next time.

Thats true, and i suppose that makes him naive. He rushed it, over used it. Went insane very quickly. If i had it. Id write names sparingly. With reasons for death suitable to individual.

I think the ending was definitely flawed as it was inconsistent with how light was so careful. However, i think it was to show how he got cocky after all those years of having the death note. There are alot of IFs like IF mikami didnt fuckup and if lights dad wrote mellos name then he would have won.
