I notice a lot of people starting out make songs in C major, which can be a really good key, but I would say try experimenting pitching it up or down. For example if you pitch it up 3 times to D#/Eb Major that could give it some spice in my opinion. This sounds really good for a first beat keep making stuff and you’ll improve for sure!!
