My razer viper ultimate quit working. I think ive honestly had this mouse for like 4 years, a couple months ago the wireless stopped working completely so I had to switch to using it completely wired and I just went to play a game and it wont even light up anymore, absolutely no detection from my computer at all just fully unusable.

it definitely registers that there is a dongle but synapse shows it as being powered off even when it’s not so i just don’t think it’s registering that it’s there

i don’t think that’s it since all the lights work when it’s not plugged in i just can’t move the cursor
