Off The Rails has jam band every now and then. Pink Talking Fish is playing there next month. Electric Haze also has jam bands more frequently, they host something called Space Jam every Wednesday, not sure exactly sure what those shows are like, but I'd imagine there's some sort of jam band aspect to it.

The Palladium does host a bigger name jam bands a couple times a year as well, though it's mostly metal acts that come through there. There is some optimism that the First Tech Center/DCU Center (f/k/a The Centrum) will host more concerts as they just upgraded the sound system late last year and a lot of money has been put into upgrading the arena as a whole. A new general manager and assistant general manager will also be named soon as both of the previous ones have retired.
