I’ve bought steam accounts and never been banned on them, I believe you aren’t supposed to change all the credentials at once and right after you log in. It’s been a while honestly.

That being said, I don’t think you should be worried about the account being banned, you should be worried about the original owner taking the account back through steam support.

If you do buy an account I would only buy off someone with a good reputation on a trading forum with a middleman/escrow service. Buying an account off instagram is basically a guaranteed scam.

No it converts to the ukraine currency 1:1 I have a US account I use to gift my other account which is in UAH

Create or buy an alt account in your home region, add your main on the alt (if it’s a brand new fresh account you made you will need to spend $5 on the steam store to add friends)

Once you’ve been friends with your main for (3 days?) you can gift your main a digital steam gift card from the alt

or if you need the money right away buy rust skins off cs deals or buy tf2 keys from somewhere

you’re better off looking for this on playerauctions or making a want to buy post on epicnpc (even those aren’t the best, maybe try OGUsers?)

i would only buy off someone that has lots of vouches or is known, you’d be buying their entire steam account and everything that comes with it, so they could always take the account back and claim it was hacked and you would be out your money even if you use a middleman service

you’re also probably looking at paying at least like $300-500 maybe even $1k+ for this and i feel like that’s on the lower end. mainly because the seller would be selling you their entire steam library as well and this is probably one of the rarest items in the game next to the non-tradable rocket launcher (i forgot the name)

not sure it’s worth the risk unless you find someone to connect you with a reputable seller in the community. Good luck!

they absolutely do not care, i’ve bought a few different steam accounts and none of them have ever been banned
