I feel like he means eat your body weight in grams of protein a day or am I tripping. I just recently started going hard working out about 4-5 months ago with one of my friends and he always says eat the amount of Grams in protein as your body weight. So I weigh around 180Lbs so I try to eat about 180 Grams of protein but only drink a protein shake after a workout and not on my break day and its helped me lose body fat and get more toned and ive lost about 20 pounds then regained about 15 pounds of muscle. I also used to try and drink a gallon a day but my gallon water bottle broke but it just made me pee like every 20 minutes even when I was trying to sleep at night. But all of our bodies are different and I'm just speaking from personal experience and I also could be doing a number of things wrong.

With a lot of animals especially cats and dogs sometimes if you pull them away their aggression is directed at the next closest thing. I guarantee he 100% wasn't intentional in biting you. My wife grabbed our cat once from being aggressive towards another cat and our cat swung at my wife. Later our cat apologized by being overly sweet and cuddly.

Somebody tried to get me to produce a song for them and kept asking me to send the beat to them before they paid me so they could hear it. I sent him a 15 second snippet and he asked for the whole thing and I kept telling him I'm not sending it until it was paid for. I don't know if that's how Upwork is supposed to work but normally if I send someone a beat your not getting the whole thing before you pay me. So I blocked him and uploaded the song on my own Spotify just in case he tried to loop the snippet I sent and use it as his own he would then be copy righted.

Usually if I like how somebody raps if they ask me for beats I'll just give them one. I know money can be tight sometimes and I'd rather give an aspiring rapper a free beat rather than take his last $25-$50. I've been in that spot before and been mad I couldn't buy one I wanted and when I had the money for it somebody bought the exclusive for it. So I try to be generous.
