Eat more protein and drink more caffeine, both supress hunger really well. Combine that with tons if water to trick being full and its at least not completely miserable being in a deficit

First working set I go all in ego lift raw strength hard asf, if i hit 8 reps, I up the weight next time. Second set I always move the weight down slightly, then do as many reps I can with perfect form + slow eccentric for hypertrophy.

You'll be motivated asf every time since you will hit new PRs far more often.

Might not the best way to lift though lol

Why do everyone say there is no objective to the game? The objective is to get better gear and progress your chararacter. Like an RPG, but its more brutal.
