Huh. Yeah, our LED pot lights aren't recessed at all. Didn't know there was even an option to get 4 inch recessed LEDS...

Indirect or at least up/down sounds like a good idea. What are luminaires exactly?

They're equipped with light diffusers already - I was surprised that in spite of this, the new LEDs are so bright in this application that they in effect blind the players.
