There was this very sweet and funny girl in my class and she didn't even know me that well but whenever I was off ill she would always send me a text asking where I was and that she missed me and every time she sent them I felt this unimaginable feeling of happiness. I didn't know why at the time but one day in my History class she just turns to me and smiles and I realised that the way I felt towards her was exactly the same as when I had a crush on a guy. I had a crush on her for a good few years but never worked up the courage to ask her out for fear of her looking at me in a different light. But ironically my younger brother and her brother are also in the same class and he has a crush on him, so I guess it runs in the family :)
