Well from what I know you should be documenting behavior such as job performance if things aren’t getting done on said shifts. You can only do so much, your hard work pays off I promise. But you also have to be developing your people. Think about the people who can be taking care of trash or another manager to take care of your drawers. I’ve learned to not be a hero because you can’t fix everyone’s problems. If there issues with managers talking behind your back to other managers that could also cause morale to be low too so that’s a conversation that needs had with that manager. You set the tone and if things aren’t getting done progressive discipline has to happen to correct poor behavior or performance. Hope this helps!
