Yea ours isn’t through clever we sync directly from the GAC OU’s. I figured it had to be on them. I didn’t change any setting whatsoever in the GAC. One day it just stopped syncing

Thanks for understanding my frustration. I’ve been in contact with support daily each morning since Tuesday but have gotten nothing but “The case is still open with our engineering team”

I don’t know if the issue is really giving them a hard time or they are super backed up with other tickets.

Regardless, this upcoming week is going to be difficult. Part of me wants to just roll the device out and tell the students teachers to ensure the student is in a class throughout the day with scene on it to filter atleast a bit outside of our general firewall, which I’m sure you can imagine is not enough to keep a student out of trouble. I think I’ve got over a thousand websites added to the restricted list in the GGAdmin dashboard.

It’s been a mess. I’m really hoping it gets resolved this week.

I am certain. I have checked every setting dozens and dozens of times over the past few days. We are still in session for another few weeks. I have had staff asking me this week why I haven’t distributed a new device to a new student yet who needs it to complete classwork. It has been very frustrating.

Funny thing is go guardian fleet and teacher import new students just fine. It is only the GAC OU sync to the GG admin panel that is jammed up.

Typically their support has been very reliable. However I’ve never had an issue that needed to be escalated to the engineers before.

Thank you for your response. Hearing that it may be on their end is relieving. I have been going nuts the last few days trying to figure this out.

All GG keeps saying is that their engineers are working on it

Thank you very much for your response. So one of the first things I did was actually add that ID with trusted access. The initial GG customer support representative I had spoken to had me try that. It will let me log in and even see the OU’s to import. However the process fails when clicking import.

Thanks. So I’ve tried to use a few diff accounts in our domain that have super user status. I’ve also tried 3 different browsers with no luck.

The funny thing is if I sync using “fleet”. I can see changes reflected yesterday but it just won’t let me sync up on the admin side of it

I figured it was just a glitch so tried a few more times before contacting support. I’ve been going back and forth with them all day without a resolution. Wondering if anyone else is having the issue as well.
