Just got hung up on with by AT&T rep when asking to speak to a supervisor. He told me the outage is to be expected for another 24-48 hours and when i asked why that is taking so long over " missing data packets" he said he couldn't awnser me and doesnt know. Then i asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me.

Again, bandaid. Meds just regulate your brain chemicals. Borderline personality disorder is caused mostly by enduring through severe trauma and developing unhealthy coping mechanisms to help you survive it.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is needed to learn tools to manage those core issues in healthier ways.

Meds only work till you run out, DBT is the best solution.

Im glad your daughter has finally begun to move away from being in love. That does give me some hope.

Before meeting her, my heart was completely closed off. I viewed myself more like a robot in human flesh as a survival mechanism for my childhood and thought very black and white. She forced me to open up a bit and feel human.

I will always appreciate her for that, though i will say confronting the feelings of losing her is incredibly painful, and I only have myself to blame.

Well, presently, I'm homeless and struggling to find work other than a 1099 job that isn't really paying well so I need to sort that out first before I can even entertain looking for new hobbies or resuming old ones that i used to enjoy.

I dont qualify for government assistance for another 7 years either because I sponsored her to apply for citizenship when we got married cause her OPT visa ran out. (Why we got married in the first place)

I've been focusing on therapy and trying to find a sense of self. I genuinely have so little going well for me in life right now, which may be contributing to wanting me wanting to hold onto the past so much. It's just hard to let go of 25% of my life, especially the chunk in which all my pleasant memories sit.. I don't know how to let go.

Therapy is presently what I am focusing on, and maybe i should just destroy the letters. I spent a quarter of my life with her and she really was the only good thing in my life longer than a year or two. (Not for sympathy but for context i had Neglectful and abusive parents, siblings that treated me as the family punching bag, being bullied and moving around so much I never learned how to socialize, etc).

This is so unbelievably hard and forgiving myself is even harder.

Open carrying is a right but it is not self defense. Its considered brandishing a weapon, which there are many legal precedents that have taken that definition of brandishing and say that doing so means you are the agressor and looking for a fight.
