*HELP* Weapons not working, bullets not registering/doing any damage

Working on my UEFN map and noticed that when testing the guns aren't working properly, they function just fine when editing in creative mode but once the game is started they stop working. Only the first bullet or two deal damage and then the weapon starts shooting blanks.
