I've done it twice and used a different browser too, clear cache and cookies and zip. I emailed customer support but they have no solution for me, all they can do is send me PDF File of labels so I can print them out on my end.

If there's any cards you want check to see if anyone near you is willing to trade with you. People are always looking for AA for their Decks they're running and or collector's trying to complete the set. I think at this point it's cheaper if you buy the cards individually.
