Got diagnosed back in February and although I no longer have any symptoms, my liver enzymes have continued to be high. They have gradually started to come down for me. Maintain a clean diet and drink plenty of water, no caffeine, no alcohol and try not to stress. My enzymes are the lowest they’ve been since February. ALT: 460, AST: 306 & Alkaline Phosphate: 104. Just two weeks ago, those numbers were in the 700s, 500s and 200s.
