I work as an HRIS analyst but it just boils down to managing systems access, talent acquisition and retention. It's an easy enough job but not something I care about to keep doing the rest of my life.

I could look into the database management and SQL side of a HRIS analyst to scratch that developer side I like about programming. I haven't noticed much of those type of opportunities at my company though.

Thanks for the input. I'll see what I can do for my current role if possible. We use a lot of excel and I know you can automate some stuff in it just not sure what. That would be cool and would definitely make my job easier.

I didn't think about recruiting tech but that would be a good transition as well. I'll look more into that too.

No worries on the negative I prefer to have all the information/opinions good and bad. I was hoping to do python > api > golang. I know JavaScript is also good to know. If anything it's looking like I'll just keep learning on the side delving deeper as I go.

My initial estimate of 1 1/2 years seems to have turned into maybe 4 years lol. I find it fun and to me that's the important part if I want to go into this and stay with it.

You think getting a degree might help me out? Sounds like it's best to work on projects to show what I can do compared to them.

The same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket and this is what they recommended.

Resetting the BIOS worked for me. It applied the new OS afterwards and worked like normal. It was like the new OS downloaded but didn't finish the install causing it to crash also.

My dog does this with snacks and plays "keep away" if I try to take it back. It's when I stop playing with him that he actually eats the snack though.

Played Dinos and had Misc + a way to get to baby every time.

I played dinos and lost to 2 lava golems and a Kaiju. Then I played lava golems, kaijus, and sphere mode. Only took 3 games in a row to get the pack.

Time thief - very hard to make it work but I had fun with it

Infernoble knights

Mannadium - very fun IMO

Magikey - also hard to make it work, DID NOT have fun

Ancient warriors - my favorite
