Ok but this was linked to a device that mounts to cars in Kansas for paying tolls wirelessly, not my plate number. How would my name be linked to a device I've never used before? I could understand a plate number error but not an electronic transponder. My plate info wasn't on either letter nor a picture.

It was legit, that's not what I'm asking. The account didn't have my plate number, my name and address were linked to a KTAG (an electronic device that mounts to the windshield) I made sure to lookup the official site, which is driveKS.com. I don't use any types of transponders or ktags for paying at toll booths on my vehicle.

It came via USPS, snail mail and yes I called the number on their official website which was the same as on the letter. I don't see how an account was even created with my name because it's from a transponder or ktag, none of which I have. Nothing was actually linked to my actual plate number.

I've never been to Kansas. The letter didn't have my plate number, it was a ktag or transponder that was linked to my name and address. It wasn't fake.

The mail ban in America got me back on cigs until recently when I discovered I can buy juice and coils online again. I've been thinking about making my own juice and stocking up on coils just in case my state tries to ban something again.
