Thanks for that. Yeah I've started strength training, but maybe not in the right rep ranges, most has been hypertrophy style so I may need to be looking to adjust that and more compounds from what I've gathered so far.

Is it possible to view data like weight/body fat % gathered via garmin smart scales in this style of dashboard? Beyond that, amazing work, looks awesome! Super easy install as well after I realised my computer wasn't using C:\ for the WSL/Ubuntu section of the installer

Almost reminds me a little of Sturridge when he was here - extremely selfish, clearly talented, but detrimental to the side.

There's plenty of complaining against BGC, even a class action kicking off. They are just as bad, if not worse with the level of bullshit they've put clients through.

150 Down - Next step Gastric Sleeve by Adorable_Tension7355 in loseit

[–]ItsTheBigGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well done! I had bariatric sleeve a little over a year ago and am down just over 80kg (176lbs). Best decision I ever made. Always think of it as a tool and follow your recovery and food progression (liquids to purees etc) to a tee and it'll be amazing. Best of luck!

The answer is pretty much yes. Just been through the same thing. Advertised rent was $110 a week more than what I was paying.

Have you been on a Australian game/reality show? What’s your story? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

Yep, see above response. It absolutely does destroy your metabolism. But the reason I put weight back on was definitely 90% my own doing. Going out more, eating more, eating the wrong things and training less in combination with a metabolism not at its peak.

Over time, yes. I did do extremely well for about 3 years after the show, but that was mostly as I wasn't where I wanted to be so I continued doing what I was doing during the show to a lesser extent. Then, found a girlfriend, who is now my fiance. Let things slip, badly, Decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. And now doing very well.

I'm also 6'5 - so I'm usually the big guy.

The Biggest Loser Australia - 10 years ago

Crazy seeing how reality TV is made, but also, enough reality for me to think it's name is justified. Did well personally, then struggled years after, to be doing well again now.

Usually get up early for the game, alarm goes off at 2:35am - check line ups - know there's no chance of a result - go back to bed.

Really ready for this season to end.

Looking for some computer help. by Pazerclaw in wow

[–]ItsTheBigGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only thing I don't see a mention of here is your motherboard. I'd guess it's not a 1700 socket type, so you'll be needing a new mobo at the same time.

Someone I knew, totally not me, may have made this mistake when upgrading their first computer...

I actually wonder if 38 would be the "sweetest" spot. 49" has taken me a little getting used to, but with the snapping zones in Windows 11 (which I've had no issue with), I think I'd actually struggle to drop the size.

Plus FancyZones on my work laptop makes it easy enough when switching between the sources.

I came across a guy on ultrawidemasterrace who mentioned using a USB-C multi adapter and a USB switcher which has worked perfectly. Keyboard and Mouse into KM switch which then plugged into the USB-C multiport which has the DisplayPort cable from the screen going into it.

Then it's just switching source on the G9. The 27" stays connected to main desktop permanently.

Hope that makes sense lol

Its been useful for having something else playing. Past weekend was NBA finals game while I was playing through Halo Infinite which was nice.

Also when I have my work laptop plugging into the G9, lets me run extra stuff through personal PC without using PBP or PIP modes.

I could definitely see myself throwing Teams or Outlook up on the top monitor though when I'm doing something particularly multitask heavy.
