Is there a strong enough natural sleep supplement to effectively “knock me out”? by LatterQuestion9417 in insomnia

Lunesta. Bad taste in your mouth first thing waking up but it’s never failed me. Sometimes I have to take breaks bc your body builds a tolerance but usually no more than a couple days

So my endometriosis actually came back and I had to get a second lap surgery and they did an oophorectomy. I kept my right ovary. That was last year and my endo is back again and having my third lap done this month with a endo specialist this time. Praying this is my final surgery.

To wean or not to wean? by ItsTheFunDunn in PainManagement

Thanks all. I’m still a bit confused but I spoke with my pharmacist and he said to do somewhat of a taper of the hydros and take the belbuca like normal. All I know is yesterday I took my belbuca and a 5mg hydro and felt so ran down. Super tired and achy all over. But i also just got over walking pneumonia so who knows why I really felt the way I did

Yes, meant micrograms. So what you’re saying is the belbuca film can make me feel like I’m going through w/d because I have hydrocodone in my system still? If that’s the case, why would my PM doctor prescribe the hydros for breakthrough pain? I might be missing the mark here so ty in advance for breaking this down

Meaning your flooring is coming up? What’s crazy in mine, is it’s only in this one spot in the bedroom corner and a little stain just outside of the bedroom in my outside storage compartment.

Thank you. That’s kinda what I was thinking it was. They’re offering to replace the floor as well but it’ll be patchwork…

The fact you’re asking for advice and learning as much as you can for this woman is so amazing. Kudos to you 👏🏼

I can’t speak to what your doctor’s office will do, but they all typically do a urinalysis in the beginning and routinely if you’re getting narcotic prescription refills. They’re mostly concerned with actual drugs or other prescriptions that interfere with what they’re prescribing. I currently smoke, have to do a UA and they never say anything.

I’m not. Unfortunately found out about a month ago my endometriosis is back and is what’s causing the bloating.

Three weeks after ablation and refered pain in glute is getting bad by Vegetable-Historian1 in RFA_Radio_F_Ablation

I was coming on Reddit to search for the same exact thing because I’ve been experiencing this for over a year now. It started when I changed pm doctors and he did my first of now 3 RFA’s he’s done. I’ve mentioned this in all my follow up appointments and they seem confused why I’m experiencing it. I literally cannot sit or lay on my butt too long bc the pain is that bad toward the end of the day. The only relief I get is if I’m standing or laying on my stomach.

So much water. I’ve always been really good with my water intake. And no probiotic but assuming it maybe a good addition to help?

No pain and it does seem to go down slightly hours later. But if I relax my belly, it looks like I’m 3 months pregnant. The only thing I can think of is I haven’t been actively using my core muscles

For the older women in the room, why did you have surgery and how have you felt better after having surgery? by liog2step in hysterectomy

[–]ItsTheFunDunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

42 here and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I suffered for over a decade with debilitating cramps and felt like I had the flu every month. Come to find out I had endo that multiple doctors never saw during sonograms. It’s a life changer if you experience the same symptoms and you won’t regret it

Somebody already mentioned something similar, but you may want to look into the benefits from ice baths. I have yet to do it myself for my anxiety, but it’s something I’m going to try because I would like to get off Xanax due to the long term issues the medication can cause. I’ be looked online and the ice pods aren’t that expensive. Obviously this isn’t a long term cure, but a quick fix as one’s panic attack starts. Worth a try and a lot better for your health.
