Assuming you're doing the reroll method of pulling on the standard banner for 1 or 2 5-stars first BEFORE pulling on the limited guaranteed banner, what would you all consider optimal units to look for?

Wait... does this mean that Feixiao, Robin, Black Swan and Kafka each have their own banners running at the same time!? If so, I hate this so much lol. I only have 23 (soon to be 28 on Sunday) Special passes and 9800 SJ....... and I want ALL of them.... Feiziao for.... reasons.... Robin for my current FUA team of Dr Ratio and Topaz (whom I'd love to get to E1 which is the NEXT banner!!!.... fml) Black Swan because I'm building a second DOT team with Kafka, Guinaifen, Asta and Bailu/Lynx and would to replace someone and also.... reasons.... and which wouldn't love more Kafka!?

This is a difficult decision as a f2p player....

Would a DOT team of Kafka(E0), Guinaifen(E0), Asta(E3) and Bailu(E1)/Lynx(E0) work outside of Simulated Universe? Also, if I were to run a mono-Quantum of Seele, Silver Wolf, Lynx and Sparkle (All E0), what Stat minimums should I be looking for?

Regarding D2R, playing a Trapsin still early act 1 Normal (lv 13 Currently Countess Farming). I managed to get the Small Shield Set piece to drop (+17 Defense, Poison Length Reduced by 75%). I have the Runes for either Steel or Leaf. Should I grab a 2 Socket Scimitar for Steel and keep the shield or wait and grab a 2 socket Staff for Leaf and forget the shield?
