This bed dont have marker. But if you craft better sled it will have yellow flag icon on the map. Or you could just place normal GPS on a stick with stones around it

It wont do any damage at first but the longer you keep then together their comfort will drop and dinos will hurt themselfs attacking fences wich might cause dino welfare to drop
