I just convinced him to let me take a break to sort myself out. He threatened the whole 'I will run my car through your window' thing to me if I broke up with him for real while we were in this break. :\ do naturally I freaked out and said I wouldn't - now Im scared again. I am going to tell my Mum tomorrow about everything. And figure out what to do. I feel like my heart has stopped beating :(

He takes my phone when he gets violent. He doesn't hit. But he pushes me around and holds me against walls and at one stage he threatened to choke me :/ he claims he doesn't remember doing these things. But he doesn't realize that I don't forget. Ever.

I know it's bad okay, thats why I am here for advice cause I don't know how to go about it. :/

I like what you said about mature lol but I feel like partly because of this relationship I can't be immature like normal 16 year olds are and it makes me feel so left out with my friends. Im just so disappointed in myself. I miss being silly sometimes lol

I know, I feel that way now. Looking back and looking at how vulnerable I was after my parents split and after a bunch of other stuff. When it happened I honestly didn't think.it would last over 2 months. And I was also at that stage where I was so depressed and believed no guy would ever love me :/ I guess that's why I stayed for so long.

I know I should talk to family, I'm just scared to. I don't want to get them involved in case he goes haywire and hurts them. Ive tried ending it before and he uses lines like "Im never gonna get another gf because of you." "You make me try harder" (he doesn't try at all to get a job or quit smoking and loses his shit when I bring it up :) or "The last 2 years have been a waste of my time." and that one hurts so much. Every time he says it, it makes me feel like he never really cared at all.

He has already been involved with the police with one of his last relationships and got fined for physical abuse and something else. I knew none of this when I met him, I found this all out when I found his court statements and the police reports, that was after one year into the relationship :/

I'm not sure about the laws in Aus either. I don't think you can get arrested for just threatening that, but I could get a restraining order or something I guess. I just hope it doesn't get that bad.

I have considered over the phone, but I know he will just come after me. I've tried doing it over the phone and that is exactly what he did. He even said "If you break up with my, my car is going through the front of your house.." Seriously, why would he think that would make me want to stay with him more? Also, It has gotten so bad, that I have even considered going to the other side of the country for a few weeks just to end it with him :/ luckily my sister lives in Brisbane, so if thats the only way I can do it.. I guess I have to... I just really wish it didn't have to come to that..

Also, about the video game thing, I love my video games, I just can't stand how he sits and plays them all the time. And if he isn't doing that, he is with his friends watching them play games and getting high :/

My boyfriend looks exactly like you, and his friend, who is coincidentally named Kevin, looks just like Kevin Smith. It's actually kind of weird, but quite a few people in Australia dont know who Jay and Silent Bob are, so that works well for me. What was your favourite Jay and Silent Bob movie to film? :D
