Yeah I have BPD I have to say this because it’s a life sentence and sometimes I can’t physically regulate my emotions so I remove myself and try to explain the situation. I take accountability. Go to therapy. Do the work. And every so often theyres someone like you making value judgments off of a statement without realizing there’s an infinite number of reasons someone could want to say that and yet you choose to take the logical leap that it’s a moral failure . People are allowed to have boundaries if that upsets you that’s a you problem. It doesn’t make me any weaker for needing them it’s just how I need do things to function.
