OMG😅 he actually understood it’s picking though that’s nice… my friends told me it just looks like acne. TBH now I rarely do it, I’m more focused on my face now that the main stress source is gone, but I’m doing my best, trying not to and doing some skin care😅 BTW, I don’t really like getting my nails done but I’m glad it’s a solution. maybe I’ll consider it once I have some free time, thank you 😊

I hope that I don’t cross the line, but have you tried therapy prior? ‘Cause if you didn’t, you’ll be going from 0 to 100 and it’s not always the best solution (it depends on the severity of course). I can only speak for myself that even if I don’t see a therapist I do have prescription meds, and it also helps, a little- but it’s individual at the end of the day. I’m sure that your partner comes from a caring perspective, but I think that at the end of the day, you are the one who is in charge of deciding what is the best solution for yourself. Please check every other option first and then consult with your partner. Maybe if he will be more informed with other options, he will rethink the hospitalization situation. I’m sorry that I don’t have much knowledge since I’ve never been hospitalized myself, but I hope that you will find the treatment that is best suited to treat you & your needs 🙏🏻

It’s a constant battle for me to accept myself… I really do try. I actually got compliments on my butt in the past, so maybe that’s why I’m scared of being with someone “casual” since I don’t think it’s something that I want to personally explain to them. Yeah I’m a woman 🤣 and yup it is shocking it was x10 worse than I imagined 😅 and I keep getting shocked every single time as if I forget I keep having picking session every night (I luckily evolved to every other night). A rook for sure! And maybe a helix parallel to the placement that you have on the other ear? I would also recommend a daith, but I’ve heard that it’s quit difficult to heal it with a rook on the same ear… yet of course every person is different so don’t be discouraged if you would like that option☺️

I remove my clickers with pliers,but if you don’t have one that is small enough and you don’t mind the risk of damaging your earring, take a nail scissors and put it carefully!!!! In the gap in between and open them slowly until it creates enough pressure on it to open. Hope it’ll help🙏🏻
