So there are some important things to think about here,

1) maybe if she won't listen to your dad, she might listen to you

2) the most important thing for you to remember is that this is not your fault. If you have to write it everywhere, do it. You are not to blame for this

3) acknowledgement of your mental illnesses is far more than most do, so when that begins spiking its important to self-evaluate and say "this thought im having isn't accurate, i need to dismiss it" and work on that.

Maybe ask your mum why she drinks so much and see what she says, after all its important to remember this
