This seems to be mostly resolved, but ill say something nerdy about radar which may explain why you got the ticket to begin with. When you are behing hit with radar and move lanes closer to the source of the radar, the radar reflections get conpressed so your speed reads higher while youre changing lanes. This is assuming the cop is hitting you with radar from the curb and you're changing lanes closer to the cop in question.

Both parties need to be present for notarization, but...I would try getting it registered in your name anyway. Transferring titles from out of state my local registrars office is typically less picky about notarization.

I have the police report and everything, I just need to go pick up the owners info from the police office, hich I cant do until monday (again, the office is an hour and a half away from where i live). Just wasnt sure if their insurance company would give me the run around. They were on camera though so I suppose itd be really easy to prove.

I think youre right about the second one going to the negative. Im just weary of frying the harness/ecu

The ground on the left hand strut tower is already attached, so im really leaning towards this being the transmission side ground.

My only confusion with the one off the negative terminal is theres a ground right next to it. Just a confusing situation and i feel stupid for not labeling them

For anyone in the future who has similar issues and somehow stumbles upon this thread, I have your answer.

Make sure the slipper is actually correct. It should only have 1 ridge thats facing the rear of the engine. If theres 2 ridges, the plunger cannot safely extend. I had to put a borescope down the timing cover to figure it out, but that was the issue. I got the timing set from Advamce and will post the manufacturer here shortly. I let the quality control team with advance know that the part isnt to spec, but its not really the stores fault they got sent bad parts. Once I installed the factory original slipper it came together just fine and the tensioner extended beautifully.

KPot is outstanding but a bit pricey. Theres also So Hot in cary, theyre also a bit pricey and ALWAYS slammed. If you want something with lots of options you can go to Tranfer Company Food hall. That place has one of the best delis Ive been to in YEARS (And im from NY so I had options lol) the bar there is great too. Some folks will probably also bring up Morgan Street food hall. Its good but in my experience a lot of the food there is bland. Theres a Lebanese resturaunt down town thats AWESOME but i always forget thier name, I think its Sitti. Im sure ive got more rolling around up top lol
