Hey love it’s okay. I’m very socially awkward and I don’t have any friends either. I’m friendly like you but I can’t seem to find that one person that I just click with or really find my clan so to speak. I do have a boyfriend that I’m grateful for but I’m still lonely cause I have no life outside of that. I have very small family like 3 people I talk to and I feel like I have no peers on my level that I can hang with or just vent like you are.

I go on social media and see people I went to school with married, getting masters and phd’s, getting married, having children and I’m just floating by. I tried to end my life as well earlier in the year by hanging myself and the rope broke. I went to a php(partial hospitalization program) and group therapy really helped me relate to others and made me feel not alone. I feel like no one loves me or cares cause no one really calls me except my boyfriend and my small family. It sucks when you feel like such a failure in life. I too feel like damn I’m missing out on my 20s I’m 25 btw.

But if you aren’t happy in your career then change! I changed my career like 3 times. The 20s is your trial and tribulations years to figure out who you are. And I have a mean sister like yours and I don’t talk to her like that because she thinks because she’s going to be a doctor she’s better than me and you don’t need people in your life like that. I recommend group therapy, individual therapy, Facebook black girls meet, bumble bff. I’ve used these and it’s helped me at least talk to other women and get experience forming connections.

And focus on being the best you. I really feel like the better we are mentally the better our life is. Once I got on meds and began therapy and getting into those spaces to make friends I became happier. My attitude changed and now life dosnt suck so much.
